These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lurned.io (the "Site") and any products or services offered by LurnED ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and purchase our products. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Our products
We sell digital educational guides and related materials. Our products are delivered electronically (as downloadable files) after purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, please read product descriptions carefully before buying.
Educational purpose and no guarantee of results
Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. They share strategies, frameworks, and guidance for building skills and income.
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, circumstances, and market conditions. Payment
All prices are listed on the Site and processed through our third-party payment provider, Gumroad. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our guides. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@lurned.io within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products — including text, guides, graphics, logos, and the LurnED name — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes.
You may not: resell, redistribute, share, copy, or publish our products or content; or use our content to create competing products. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt or harm the Site; access it through automated means without permission; or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that our products will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LurnED and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or income, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada/Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
